A Broker-Owner of PRG Realty, Laurie Della Villa-Miller sees real estate as a life's work. Laurie was raised in Schenectady, New York in a construction family. After graduating from Mt. Pleasant High School she attended SUNY in New Paltz, real estate license in hand. After working with a local broker for a few years, Laurie opened Own Your Own Realty which she operated until she joined forces with current partner Rich Steffens, creating PRG REALTY.

In her vast real estate history, Laurie has served as president of the Ulster County Board of Realtors for two years, and in 1988 and 89 and was recognized as Realtor of the Year. After having represented the board as a New York Association of Realtors Director, at the National Association of Realtors, and on most standing committees of the Ulster County Board, she was presented with the President's Award for her accomplishments and service.

Laurie believes that there are two key components to being a good broker: education and service. "We encourage our brokers and agents to take as many courses as they can to help them to better serve their clients." Laurie is currently working on her Accredited Buyer Broker Designation and regularly attends classes at the local, state and national level.

Laurie serves on the Board of Directors of Opus 40, one of Ulster County's most extraordinary earth works and environmental masterpieces.

I moved to New Paltz with my family in the very early 1960s. My Dad had worked at the famous Ebbetts Field with the Brooklyn Dodgers until they left for California and we moved to Ulster County. Since I moved here prior to puberty, I consider myself a native. I attended the local public schools and received both my Bachelor and Masters degrees from SUNY New Paltz. I began as a part-time real estate salesperson while I was teaching 5th and 6th grade in the public schools. I received my Broker's license and entered real estate full time in the fall of 1981.

As co-owner of PRG Realty, I can assure you that the pride I have in my staff, associates and partner are justified. As a member of this team, I know my clients and customers are getting the best service I can offer.

I place a great value on education. I believe it is one of the most valuable assets I bring my clients and customers. I constantly avail myself of continuing education and am very proud of my GRI designation from the National Association of Realtors.

Originally from South Berwick, Maine. Pat Richards has lived in Ulster County for 40 years, and she knows every town, village and byway. Pat has worked for IBM and run her own food business. Pat is currently executive director of Opus 40, in Saugerties.

She is married, has two children and seven grandchildren. Pat has been a realtor for 10 years, and is currently a multi-million dollar producer with PRG Realty in New Paltz.

Bill Mack was born and raised here in the Hudson Valley. A graduate of Arlington High School, he continued his education at New York University where he studied Journalism, Public Relations and Drama. Since graduating, he has continued to live here in the Valley and in NYC.

In 2002, his first active year as a realtor, Denis was recognized as a "Top Producer" by the Ulster County Board of Realtors. This recognition was for having successfully represented, his customers, clients, and PRG Realty, in transactions totaling in excess of 2.3 million dollars.

Working to keep pace with a rapidly changing sales environment, he has earned an ABR, (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation. This group is known as REBAC, the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, Inc. It is an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Less than 3.5% of all realtors have earned that privilege.

Some of my interests and hobbies are gardening, basket weaving, feng shui, and interior design. I enjoy swimming, hiking, camping and walking my dogs.

Dawn is a native of Ulster County and a graduate of SUNY New Paltz. After having travelled extensively, both domestically and abroad, Dawn was drawn back to the New Paltz area because of the beauty and diversity of the area and its inhabitants.  She can be found taking in the pristine surroundings either on foot at Minnewaska, by mountain bike, or aboard her favorite mode of transportation, her Harley Davidson.
